Landlord won't show me bill (Commercial)

in Water bills
I had a query on a recent water bill I received and have asked for a copy of the original bill but have been refused.
I have searched high & low to find out whether I have any legal right to a copy of the original bill but no luck. Lease in place, hoping someone will be able to point me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance...

Why are the bills in your landlords name and not yours?0

Did you apply for the water supply in the same way as you applied for gas, electric and phone.? Or does your landlord apportion the charges in some way ? (mine does - on the basis of number of people in the offices)Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Sorry..multi occupant building. We have separate flow meters for our own space and there is a communal area.0

So - why isn't your own space not in your name ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

As far as I can make out the water company bills the landlord for the whole building which is shared by 5 businesses. The bill is then apportioned by details from the individual flow meters. I really just want to have a look at the bill they receive from the water company to see how they have arrived at my charges.0

I would ask the Consumer Council for Water for advice:
