    MP = Member of Parliament.

    Not often we get asked that. :D

    And guess what turns up top of the list when you put MP into google?

    Google is often quicker than asking a question on a forum.

  • I submitted the appeal to pcn@bankpark.co.uk
    But no confirmation of receipt even I chased for twice.
    Can they ignore my appeal by pretending not receiving?

    They can do whatever they want. The more you stop thinking that any of this stuff will follow any form of civilised norm, the better you might cope with it.

    The IPC (and their PPCs) operate in a wholly unregulated landscape. If you've got any complaints, just go direct to your MP and ask him/her to take up your case - but don't lie awake at night thinking that they might turn this around for you.

    We are writing to inform you that after further investigation the above Parking Charge Notice (PCN) we are willing to cancel if a £15.00 administrative payment is made to cover the costs of issuing the PCN. Please be assured this is the last you will hear from us in regards to the above PCN once this admin fee is paid. However please note that this PCN will be cancelled at the admin cost as a goodwill gesture of first offence and will not be cancelled in this manner in future instances. This PCN was issued due to you entering one or more digit from your registration incorrectly. Please ensure to always enter your full vehicle registration correctly when parking in the future.

    I suggest that you pay the £15. You are obviously finding the whole business very challenging.

    Pay it or refuse and potentially face up to 6 years of harassment and possibly a court case against you, they are basically the choices available to you.

    Looking back over this thread and some of the very simple explanations we've had to make for you, I agree with D_P_D.

    It's not a fine.

    Read up on the court claim threads here, and the NEWBIES thread post #2 (about claim forms and Letters before Claim) and come back if you get one.
