Missold static van with haven

Looking for advice please. I bought a static caravan last year September 2018 which is on finance. The sales guy knew I was worried about repaying the site fees. Before I bought it he sent me a email stating I could set direct debit and pay fees interest free over 6 months from March. He also said this verbally. He is now denying this. The site fees should have been paid end of Feb this year. I contacted the site manager and made a complaint, I then had to make a statement regarding the sales guy comment I also sent a copy of the email. Also the sales guy said the small steps and viranda were free of charge. I've looked at the paperwork and it states they have added £3500 for the viranda within the package deal. Also sales guy said all contents come with the caravan but guess what they are all listed and charged and added to the package.
I want out of the contract and all monies returned. What can I do.
The manager is looking into it.

So when you signed up to the deal and put your name on the dotted line, did you not check exactly what you were agreeing to, what was included and the total amount? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
have you checked your copy of the agreement that you signed?0

Hi I did but the sales rep said don't worry regarding the site fees come and see him in March and he can Sep up Dr. He also said it was between him and I. I have a email stating that from him0

Yes I have it states fees to be paid by end of March. But I have a email from rep saying otherwise0

Guard that email with your life!
And if the manager is looking into it, why not wait for them to get back to you and then see where you stand0 -
How on early didn’t you realise you were paying £3500 more than you had agreed + whatever the cost of the furniture was?0

I don't know0

So do you think I have a chance of reimbursement. Or what are your feelings0

Depends on what you hold.
As it stands - is your word vs his, with them holding a signed contract, and you holding an email from a salesman
Depends on what predates which and what has been said...
What did the salesman tell you in email - word for word with no redactions0 -
If the email only mentions the site fees, I can't see that you've got any chance of arguing the extra 3.5K for the veranda and contents, especially if you've signed an agreement with those costs already on.
That seems to be down to a lack of due diligence on your part. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
