  • Sorry to be a pedantic, if a new driver gets six points, they do not get banned.

Their licence is revoked and they must reapply for a provisional, then take the necessary tests again.

I should have [STRIKE]of[/STRIKE] said, i will have my license for exactly 2 years on the 16 March 2019 (using this figure as it Says on my license), my plan was to send the letters to the address on the day. I should be okay because as if I send the forms, I still fall between the time limit I have to send it ( My deadline is the 26 March for the first NIP)
Makes no difference when you send the forms back (as long as you do so in time). It's the date of the offences and the date of getting your full licence that matters.

80 in a 70 will be eligible for a course, so don't fool around, just send back the forms.

Any thoughts on what might have happened to anyone/any vehicle you might have hit at that speed - 78mph in a 50mph zone? Perhaps your thoughts should be directed in that direction. This isn't a case of a few mph over the limit.

    Are you a young driver?

Didn’t hit any vehicle at all

Frightening complacency. If you had, you might well be here asking how to get out of a manslaughter charge.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
