Puppy Anemia - Vet Bills

Hi guys,
I think my puppy may be anemic and I’m booking him in for blood tests on Saturday. (Vets4Pets).
I understand if he is anemic then we may need to do a blood transfusion. Could anyone shed some light as to how much this would cost, the benefit of my insurance paying for it (if they would) or if it is worth me taking the bullet?
