Am no expert, but won't his new house [courtesy of his Mum] be included in his assets when the clean break order is hashed out?
That could work in the OP's favour if so.0 -
Thank you all for the advice - I fear his mother will either purchase it in her name or refuse to give him anything till the divorce is settled! The land registry idea is a good one but he is stating he is going to be live in a campervan (I think so the kids cant tell me where he is living!!!). Such a sad sad state of affairs, dont feel I know who I was with all that time!!!:eek:0

I did tick that part of the form, so by the sounds of it, it will need to be done or even considered before the divorce is finalised!?:eek:0

The problem will be proving the money spent was done by him. Unfortunately you took it on so I hate to say it but I will be surprised if there’s little you can do.
I’d honestly cut all ties and let the children decide if they want to see their dad or not:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:
