Don't forget to send UKCPM and the DVLA a subject access request. It is unlikely to make it back in time for your defence to be submitted, but plenty of time for your witness statement.

There is a Legal Beagles SAR template link in the NEWBIES thread. The email address for UKCPM's data protection officer will be in their privacy policy.

You have mentioned that your mum is the RK. Does that mean the claim has been issued in her name? Or have you/your brother confirmed you may have been the driver at some point?
