O2 money back on top-ups - please help!

A friend of mine from work is on O2. I read a thread on here a few months back explaining that O2 customers can text O2 on a special number and O2 will reply back with details on how much money they owe you from cashback on previous top-ups / payments etc.

Does anyone know what the number you need to text is and what you need to write in the text etc?

Finally is the promotion open to customer on O2 contracts or just PAYG?

i am on 02 payg and i get 10 per cent of top ups sometimes 2 days after top up but most of time evry 3 months ie in 3 months if top up 30 quid i get 3 back.

they normally text you when it is time to claim that reward with a FREE txt number once i have txt claim they give me the reward.

Yes you need to text BALANCE to 50202

Is it only available to O2 PAYG customers, and you do have to opt in.
