To know how reliable they are you need a really big poll, not just a few opinions that you may get here.0

No idea.
What budget you are on? Can you not get a phone with better know brand?0 -
I've owned a Z2 Special Edition for a while. Excellent phone if you are not a badge snob or trying to make a fashion statement.
Fairly stock Android (8.1) and does everything I require. Purchased direct from China but if any warranty issues are a concern that could be an undesireable method. Also risk of HMRC looking for money!0 -
I have a Z1.
It's a brilliant phone that cost next to nothing.
Only issues I have are that gps isn't as good as my old Honor 6, and the clock seems to sometimes not update.
I don't know if that's the phone or my apps or my settings. And if it is the phone I don't know if it's fixed for newer models.0 -
Fortunately no GPS issues on my Z2 nor noticed any problems with the time.
No doubt any problems have been fixed or rectified with an update. My phone has had two updates to "fix" issues.
This is the second Umidigi phone I've owned - no the first didn't have any problems, just wanted an upgrade.:)0 -
Thanks everyone, will try to remember to post back to update you on how it goes.0
