Santander eISA - Flexible to Non-Flexible

I don't know if I'm just going crazy or not, but I looked at the Santander ISA in the morning and I'm fairly sure it was a Flexible ISA. I'm fairly sure when I read the T&Cs in the morning, it even mentioned that any flexible credit from previous years wont be transferred, making it seem like it was and is a Flexible ISA which allows you to take money out from previous years and then replenish it.

That said, I just went to apply, and it told me that it's NOT a Flexible ISA, and when I re-read the T&Cs the whole passage on previous years allowances doesn't appear in the T&C's.

Am I going crazy or did they just change the T&C's during the day?
