Santander eISA - Flexible to Non-Flexible

I don't know if I'm just going crazy or not, but I looked at the Santander ISA in the morning and I'm fairly sure it was a Flexible ISA. I'm fairly sure when I read the T&Cs in the morning, it even mentioned that any flexible credit from previous years wont be transferred, making it seem like it was and is a Flexible ISA which allows you to take money out from previous years and then replenish it.
That said, I just went to apply, and it told me that it's NOT a Flexible ISA, and when I re-read the T&Cs the whole passage on previous years allowances doesn't appear in the T&C's.
Am I going crazy or did they just change the T&C's during the day?

No idea if the terms have changed but I agree it is currently showing as not flexible.
https://www.santander.co.uk/personal/savings-and-investments/isas/eisaWe aren’t offering additional flexibility on ISAs but some providers are offering this feature. Those providers may allow you to replace funds that you have withdrawn with them without affecting the ISA limit.0 -
A poster on this thread about the product's launch commented on Monday that it wasn't flexible then either:
