Have another read of points 7 and 8 in the list in post #6 above.
Here they are again:7. Do not be surprised to receive a copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are just trying to put you under pressure.
8. Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to find out exactly what to do with it.0 -
Thanks as always!0

Update: I responded to the DQ and received my court date in Sept. 2 weeks before the court date I received an email from the Claimants Solicitor with an attached Notice of Discontinuance confirming that the matter was concluded.
I am grateful to have beaten these crooks, but having spent somewhere upwards of 20 hours researching and compiling my defence I now don't even get the opportunity to reclaim anything from them. Is there anything else I can do?
Additionally I have since received ANOTHER PCN from the same company issued whilst I literally waited for a parking space in a full car park.
This company needs shutting down0 -

Update: I made a claim for expenses from the Judge and he awarded my costs in full - over £160! A cheque for the full amount duly arrived in the post from those crooks One Parking Solutions.
I'll never get back the hours that I had to put in to fighting this, but at least this made me feel a little better
Massive thanks to those who give up their valuable time helping people like me to make a point!0
