I am well out of contract having been with Sky for 20 years. This is my package for 96.50 per month (Sky+ only):
Variety: £33.50
Sky Sports - Complete Pack: £28.00
Sky Cinema: £10.00
Sky+HD Pack: £13.00
Sky Multiscreen: £12.00
Sky 3D: FREE
Sky Go Extra: Including discounts: FREE
Sky+ Subscription: FREE
I was told on the phone by Sky that "The absolute best that I can be offered is £66 per month, (if I drop the Sky Multiroom and the Kids channel) and take out an 18 month contract. If I don't take out a new 18 month contract then I have to carry on with my existing prices" Does this seem reasonable? Dropping the multi-room means this is an £18 per month discount for committing to staying for 18months. I also don't need 3D but as this was free makes no difference to drop it.

That sounds like they've offered to move you on to the new Entertainment package which is basically the Original package (Variety was Original plus the kids channels I think).
So they've offered to reduce your channels and you lose multiroom for not much of a saving. That's not good, schedule a cancellation and be prepared to lose the service.0 -
I assume that you are not on Q ?
If so - why the multiroom charge - previous ?0
