Maybe (when you've calmed down, understandably you are fuming) you could give a brief court report and maybe someone can see something in it that is worth using as the basis for an appeal.

Yes, I am really angry right now and don't know what to think. Your advice is the greatest one for now. So I just go away and think about it. On the other hand, I am thinking that maybe it is time to let go.

How long will it take to receive court judgment?

    Should I pay anyway?
    thanks

Not sure how long it takes to receive the official judgment letter. did the judge give you some timescale for payment? Maybe you could call the court in a couple of days and ask what the normal procedure is. YES you should pay it within the timescale set by the judge (when you find out) if you want to avoid the CCJ getting on your credit file/report.

Will I receive a transcript of the hearing? Can I ask for one?

I appreciate it's a little raw right now but could you give a full account of what happened in court please? Every case helps us learn and this will be useful for other cases in the future.

You have to pay for a transcript. Unfortunately it's not cheap

I will, but I need to get my thoughts together as my mind is all over the place right now. I seriously thought that they will have no leg to stand for. But then the judge said that other cases are other cases and this is my case, which has discouraged me from and limited my defense. Then when I asked if I could appeal, judge asked why, I said that because I still believe there was no contract, then judge said that my request is denied. I really think that my hearing was not fair at all. Trying to find some info about that
