Yes, I have a proof of postage to the claimant (two different letters), sent my WS via email to the Claimant (just in case) and to the court. Today I have hand-delivered my exhibit bundle to the court and have sent recorded delivery for tomorrow before 1300 to the claimant.

have you added your Exhibits and your costs schedule as well ?

if not , you should do so asap

How to make a correct costs schedule? What to include? How about formatting, is it the same as the defence and WS?

    Any advice will be appreciated.

    Thank you.

There is more than one example of a Costs Schedule linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread.
  • The advice on here is to submit the Cost schedule at same time as WS. So send a copy to the court and also the Claimant asap and keep proof of postage or a screenshot of the email...

    Lost. £210 to pay. !!!!!!!!!

Judge said that signage was correct to form a contract. Appeal request declined. Don't wanna talk about it anymore. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

    My advise:

Be prepared to defend your points. Point by point. If you are asked if would like to add anything, make sure that you have addressed ALL points with the strongest arguments.

    Feel really bad.

    Thanks.

All, please can you give me any advice on appealing? I know it could be costly, but are there any consumer groups that could help to take it further?

    Thanks

Make sure you appeal the process, i.e. you cannot appeal the judgment, you would have to prove the judge erred in law.

    How to prove it?

Where to go? What and how to do?
