UKCPM IAS Appeal ?

I have had a couple of unjustified PCN tickets from UKCPM at my place of work.
Am still waiting a response from UKCPM from my online appeal
My question
Is it worth appealing a UKCPM ticket with IAS ? What is the current opinion on here ?
Some seem to say that it is not worth the effort with IAS

I think so, but I am in the minority here.

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of alleged contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors. Is has been suggested by an MP that some of these companies may have connections to organised crime.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, (especially Smart}, and others have already been named and shamed in the House of Commons as have Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each week), hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned. They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

The problem become so widespread that MPs agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Hopefully, this will become law by Easter .

The IAS is just a scam set up by the incompetent Gladstones solicitors.

Assume you do not want to deal with scammers ??

any info you use in an appeal to the IPC , will be used by the IPC owners (gladstone solisitors) against you

Ignore anything that is not either a LBA OR a court claim form.

I've tried work (a college) and they say they cannot do anything (poss. a lie)
Not supportive and probably getting a cut
Seems like place of work is not an excuse

I have a question re. acknowledgement of letter before claim see my other thread
I will now stick to this thread as requested
Having received my second letter before claim from Gladstone's looks like i need to reply and acknowledge.
My question is - can i do this via Gladstones online reply form - at least if i do it this way i will have proof of sending. I not sure if i can trust them by sending a letter. Or is it best to send a letter and also post the contents on their online form. (take a screenshot)
