Father refuses to pay for child

Any advice please, my 15 year old daughter has decided she wants to live with me but her father says that if you go and live with your mother I won't pay her a penny. He has a very good job and hasn't paid for other children he has around the country, his wife is an accountant and he's the kind of person to find any way of wrangling his way out of things. I've paid my csa to him though its nearly broke me as I used to work all the overtime I could get as a carer while we had joint custody and csa took almost £500 a month off me, I have no problems paying my costs as they are my children too but now the shoe is on the other foot he's refusing all my approaches to do it the Civil way, should I get the csa involved as he won't play ball?
