I'd be extremely wary of the one on Ebay referred to in a previous post. There's a number of things that seem wrong to me, not least breach of listing rules.

From their website..

This is a trial service and no firm guarantees can be made about long term operation.

Plus there are no details on the site as to who or where they are and address not registered on a website search.

We've been using Parcelwizards (Parcelforce) & listing BIN's under 'everything else' do not contravene policies if the previous category has been removed.

Personally I think eBay are losing a lot of revenue with Local Services Classifieds & I wonder how long before something is do to stop off site sales

After booking yesterday got this email:

'
Dear Customer

We have been experiencing difficulties with our supplier today and therefore cannot continue to send you collection request through to them.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. For your information any collection requests submitted after 10.15am will not have been completed.

We once again apologise for the inconvenience caused and are working to resolve this issue.

Emailed, responded with a vague response of not sure if they are booked in, emailed again and still no idea if or when the courier will arrive & still not arrived!

Doesn't look good.

I have used M H direct for a few months now with only one failed DHL collection. They answer emails promptly and the parcel was collected a day later by Parcelforce so I presume it was a DHL problem. Cost is about £7 depending on the service chosen and they take paypal.
