I sent in a complaint about their mis handling of my 3 latest bookings - here is the email I got back :
"hi, we are experiencing difficulties with the suppliers and the service is suspended until further notice.
Please forward us your:
NAME
ADDRESS
NUMBER OF ITEMS
AMOUNT CHARGED FOR EACH ITEM FOR DELIVERY
PAYPAL EMAIL ADDRESS
Also copy of your PayPal receipt and we shall refund you with the money. Sorry for the inconvenience."
I had already sent in All OF THAT INFORMATION IN MY EMAIL TO THEM!
Their main problem seems to be their inability to read English!
Is this the end of another courier company who took on more than they could handle?

sounds like it.
funnily enough in the last couple of weeks i have seen a sharp rise in couriers in plain vans(so most likely owner/drivers) totally lost looking for random addresses on my delivery route0 -
QVC for one have stopped using Royal Mail for their deliveries.
They are using the Couriers that the catalogues, etc, use.

Strange for PPD as they had apparently signed an exclusive deal with DHL to be the only eBay ReSeller of their services
Just seen that all the BIN listings have now gone0 -
The bin listings have been gone for weeks - the classifieds are still running though."There is a light that never goes out"0

as someone suggested they were taking on more than they were capable of handling, sad this because whilst they were performing well, they were really top class
could be they've left the classifieds as they feel they are capable of meeting lower targets?
classified just thake you through their website which i used for a northern ireland delivery once, as it was £1 cheaper than the normal eBay BIN price, everything went smooth so might still be worth going through that route0 -
i was about to use them for the first time tomorrow! can anyone recommend a similar alternative?0

OR
There is this one i have just found who do them for £4.60,

I know of another company claiming that now, perhaps it has changed.
I'm always wary of (unofficial) resellers of courier services for quite a number of reasons..0
