After nine months of bullying and threats. Smart have cancelled my PCN.This came about after I wrote to the landowner based in the Isle of Man. He must have passed my letter to the company who manage his property portfolio.What he said to them I do not know,but clearly it had the desired result,and I was emailed to confirm that Smart had agreed to cancel my PCN.
No reasons were given and no apologies made.But a result nevertheless.
I want to thank all those forumites who gave me advice and support when I needed it most.
What a great bunch of guys you are.Legislation has just been passed to bring these cowboys into line,in no small part to your efforts.Well done.
