I negotiated my 3rd Broadband deal with TalkTalk back in December. Fibre Broadband with TV for £27.50/month on a fixed contract for 18 months. (Only £1 a month more than the previous 18 months).I received my emailed bill yesterday with an extra £4 added per month. Contacted TalkTalk today and they claim the fix is only on the Broadband and they can increase prices mid contract for TV. I pointed out there was no increase the previous 18 months. I'm not sure that as a package contract they are permitted to do this, but after pointing out this was my 3rd contract with them, they agreed to remove the £4/month added fee for TV. Warning - Check your online bills regularly and don't be afraid to challenge any additional payment you feel is unfair if you are valued as a customer.
