Spotify playing completely random tune in car

Sorry if this should be in motoring but I thought techies on this board might be more knowledgeable about this issue which is driving me mad! I listen to Spotify via Bluetooth in my car. For the past 2 days, I've been able to listen as usual except there is a completly random tune playing in the background in addition to the song I'm listening to. The tune is not in my Spotify library/playlist and I've never heard it before. It is just a repetitve (extremely annoying) tune. I'm baffled. I've checked I'm not 'playing' anything else apart from Spotify, checked the connected Bluetooth device is just my iPhone.. Anyone with an idea as to what this is please let me know!

Have you tried unpairing the car on your phone ?
So this song has recently started playing in the background of yours ?
