Solarplicity bitt of £971 after outdoor meters changed and smart meter installed

Hi last summer had meters in the cupboards changed by solarplicity. Bills received within acceptable limits until early Feb 2019 when received 3 bills in a week each one higher than the last, most recent of £971 owing which cannot be right for small 3 bed semi. occupancy and use unchanged. Have lost faith/ trust that they have any idea how much I owe. Do I complain to them? Seems cant change provider as I apparently 'owe' more than £200. Any advice on best way to sort this very welcome - thanks in advance. :-)
