When emailing CEO of Chiquitos and Arena Coventry must I include details of the PCN?
Thanks for the advice.0 -
Obviously no identifying details go on social media, but clearly YOU MUST give the PCN number to the venue if contacting them with a complaint, or how can they cancel it?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I would include the PCN number and your name and date of ticket to the managing agents , they may be able to make a phone call/email and get in cancelled immediately0

Thanks for the advice.
So I will reply to CEO of Chiquitos with no details of PCN, but I will include details of PCN to Arena Coventry. Is this correct.
Is there a template as such for emailing? Do I just include my name with no address details, should I use the term "the keeper" I don't want to get it wrong at this stage, as ideally if I can get it overturned at this stage this would be good. The issue is starting to stress me out a little I must admit.
The support is really appreciated.0 -
The keeper should be emailing Andy.McCue@trgplc.com and the Arena management supplying both with all of - the keepers name and address, the vehicle registration number, the PCN number.
If either are going to cancel the PCN, they need that information.0 -
No template for a complaint; write your own - spill your anger from the heart. So I will reply to CEO of Chiquitos with no details of PCN, but I will include details of PCN to Arena Coventry. Is this correct.
No idea why you wouldn't. Obviously not openly on social media.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So both emails to CEO of The Restaurant Group and to Arena Coventry have been sent.
Fingers crossed my message to either will work. That would make my week.
How long should I wait for a reply?0 -
So no reply to the 2 emails from yesterday yet to Chiquitos CEO or Arena Coventry
However my general complain to Chiquitos general email has seen me receive a £10 voucher and the email states they will try their best to have the PCN cancelled. They did however state that they have no overall control of the parking at their premises (which they don't). My complaint has been forwarded to the area manager.
Fingers crossed for more good news tomorrow.0 -
So I had a negative response from Arena Coventry as per the below. I have removed any sensitive information from the email but it reads as per the below:
Good Afternoon
Thank you for your email.
I appreciate your information however we have over 100 signs located in the carpark that stipulates about parking restrictions. Please see attachments of one the signs located in the car park.
If you are not happy with Park Watch’s response you will need to contact POPLA who are an independent appeal service, they will stand by the decision made by the independent agency.
Unfortunately there is nothing further we can do, but we strongly recommend if you believe the PCN has been given incorrectly issued please follow the POPLA procedure.
Kind regards,

This reply has annoyed me a bit to be honest. It isn't written to me or anyone for a start, there is mention of 100 signs on site but only 3 where I actually parked. Also for 2 large restaurants the parking plan indicates 52 spaces (although I think in reality it is more like 35 maximum).
What is the advice for the next step. Do I reply to this further stating my disgust that as a genuine customer I have received a £100 surcharge, do I show evidence of other vehicles parked?
There has been no response from Chiquitos CEO or area manager. Should I fill in the general online form again asking for the PCN to be overturned?
Thanks for your help.0
