Can not do factory reset acer laptop :(

Hi can anyone tell me how to do a factory reset as my laptop keeps saying "No bootable device Hit any key" the boot option menu, then says no bootable device restart system. When I goto alt / f10 and then reset PC it says "unable to reset your PC, A required drive partition is missing" the refresh option says its locked,…

Unless they're running an ultra-slim laptop that needs a 7mm SATA drive or M2 or they're running something so old its on IDE then yes any 2.5" SSD will fit.
