Hi I got a car on HirePurchase from ArnoldClark and I still got a "60 days warranty for used card" but i found my clutch got a really high bite point like there is no much clutch left. Is that warranty will cover that to get replaced or fixed?

what does the T+C say, and no harm in contacting them tomorrow"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

What is it with people paying thousands of pounds or committing themselves to years of monthly payments yet they can't test drive the car for even 10 minutes?
You are not alone in this OP, but buying a used car without test driving it is like banging your head against a spike on the wall.0 -
It could be pedal adjustment but if it is really high get it seen to as you dont want the clutch to burn out or the release bearing to fail from not being properly engaged with the pedal up.0

Why didn't you test drive the car before purchase?
Clutch is a wear and tear item and probably won't be covered by the warranty.
Furthermore, the high bite point seems to have been present at point of sale. Another reason why the warranty won't cover it as they won't cover pre existing problems.0 -

What he said. Clutch is a consumable item, and won't be covered. Just like every item that might fail within 60 days...
No comebacks, unless the condition was described as 'perfect'.
Did you even sit in the car and start it up?No free lunch, and no free laptop0
