Why have you posted your defence for critique three times? Your 11.2 is a repeat of an earlier point covered in point 9.

What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?

Did it come from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton, or from somewhere else?

The Issue date is June 13th. Yes it's from Business Court, Northampton.

    Thanks!!! I'll revise this part.

Another question is that I'm not sure about the legitimacy of the car park management company over that land.

Their sign has been removed from the particular spot I parked however they are still managing the whole neighborhood....

With a Claim Issue Date of 13th June, and having done the Acknowledgement of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 16th July 2019 to file your Defence.

That's nearly two weeks away. Loads of time to produce a perfect Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.

When you are happy with the content, your Defence should be filed via email as suggested here:
      Print your Defence.
    1. Sign it and date it.
    2. Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
    3. Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
    4. Just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
    5. Log into MCOL after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defence received". If not chase the CCBC until it is.
    6. Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are just trying to keep you under pressure.
    7. Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to find out exactly what to do with it.

There are very good reasons why you do not do that and they are explained in the information linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread.

Sorry, I have only listed the things you do have to do.

If I were to list all the things you don't have to do that list would be quite long.

no , the only things the portal is used for is doing the AOS online so you know it has been done and received, plus checking on progress until your local court has been allocated

the defence can be emailed, as can the DQ stage as well , to where KeithP said
  • The claim includes an additional £60, for which no calculation or explanation is given, and which appears to be an attempt at double recovery. – verging on, in my opinion, an attempt to fraud the Defendant in to paying extra.

Stating fraud is probably not the best thing to say

Use the words a court understands ... ABUSE OF PROCESS

    Read post #14 from coupon-mad

    Read this very carefully.
There have recently been at least 2 occasions where claims have been struck out for ABUSE OF PROCESS.

It must be very clearly brought to the court’s attention.
