Hi I am in the process of going for a mortgage application and I already have a decision in principle for us as joint applicants. Hi! It’s not Halifax but I’ve always had sole mortgage with NatWest since I’ve been married. No point putting my husband on the application as he’s older so would lower the term and he’s self employed and we’ve never been financially linked .
