    What??

Frankly, I would be too embarrassed to send that to anyone.
It is littered with poor grammar and atrocious spelling.

Why does it say "I believe that the facts stated in this witness statement are true" at the bottom?

Why would you be sending a Witness Statement at this time?

Rassper ..... you are not understanding this ???

You have a letter headed Gladstones asking you pay a stupid debt coilector.

Gladstones pimp out their letterheads to scare you. In reality, Gladstones are probably the most incompetent solicitors in the UK

Such letters are written by children with Gladstones name at the top.

If you get a LETTER BEFORE CLAIM from Gladstones come back here

AND ....... scrap your defence above ... it's not good

I'd eat my leg if you get court papers with you having a home address in Scotland.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

That's important information. Ignore them. As long as they know you are in Scotland they won't do anything other than send scary letters.

Do not, under any circumstances, tell them who was driving.
