Is it a letter before claim that you have received from Gladstone's?

If you haven't done so already, it would be worth have a thorough read through the NEWBIES post (specifically post 2). That will show you what a letter before claim looks like.

The Zenith letters can be ignored.

    Not a second company.

Read every last word on that letter - indeed, all letters you receive.

Down in the bottom right hand corner of that letter, does it say something like:
Zenith Collections is a trading name of Debt Recovery Plus Limited

Due to the being no response following correspondence sent to the address, we have utililsed a tracing service whitch has provided a new address as your current address.

now this has broken my data protection if im not mistaken.

I'm not entirely sure I've understood the question properly. I think you are asking if data protection laws have been broken by them finding your new address?

If so then no. They are entitled to search for you and most likely used publicly available information such as the electoral roll.

No, it isn't a breach of your data protection rights.

However (and speaking from experience), send the PPC a data rectification notice of your address to their Data Protection Officer (email address will be on the PPC's privacy page). DRP used a tracing service to find me (and did so successfully) but never appear to have updated the PPC (landing me with a default CCJ, which I had set aside last week).

Just read post #4 of the NEWBIES thread.

No buzz words, but it does already tell you there, that DRP are Zenith.

If the Gs letter gives you only 14 days for payment to DRP, then it's from DRP.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

1.I, **** of *****t, The facts in this statement come from my personal knowledge.

2.I acknowledge that I am the registered keeper of the vehicle in Scotland, as the DVLA records would show residing in scotland and the alleged offence to have happed with out any proof of the interfraction, in england, on that day inquestion i am unsure of the driver on that day or location is set out very unclear to where the alleged occurred.

3.I first received letter from DRPL issued on 08 Novmber 2018, for a date of 07 August 2018 which where quite threatening in language and bewildering to me, as the keeper of the vehicle. I ignored these letters due to the threatening nature. As on letter stated that they have used a tracing service and had made attempt to contact who ever they felt to harass at failue to whom they had sent out what ever evidence the body of facts or information proof, confimation verifcation of documents so the propsition is true or not IE photographic evidence of the alleged PCN.

4.I begin to receive more letters come through as the months went on in 2018 by DPRL and a other c
company Zenith Collectons, how they got hold of my detials requesting payment on the alleged PCN now as we are in 2019 but still no photographic evidence of the alleged PCN or an excat location where the PCN was issued just a rough estimate of a street name where this had or had not taken place.

5.There is a huge confusion as to what the rules are and what they aren’t therefore, feeling that there wasn’t a contract, I chose to ignore the menacing letters.

6.As per Parking Eye v Beavis who or what has this have on this matter is it now the case for Mr Beavis is he associated with DRPL or ZC are you insinuating that he holds tenure or receves moneys from the above compines or holds managemet board of directors on all three corporations outlined from the threatening componys DRPL, ZL,GS yourselfs,. Your letter reads "We Have Been Instructed By Smart Parking Ltd, with no contact detials from them selfs this being SPL there is no way of ascertain who is claiming the alleged offence, with out paper work correspondence to the SPL had on no occasion sent or contacted the registerd keeper

7.I believe that the facts stated in this witness statement are true

if anybody would like to add more to this or ask me to take things out I will but this will be emaild to Glad to mo
