You can enter your own email address and/or phone number and don't have to sign up to any groups. The only down side is that it says it takes up to 7 days to put your advert on the website.

Use http://email.bugmenot.com/ - it is a disposable email address.
You just make up a name on the fly wherever you are asked for your email. If you then have to click on a link then just type in the made up you name on the bugmenot page and instantly you're in that box reading/clicking.

The address lasts 24 hours.
