    As an edit/correction to my previous entry, if it was an airline employee who made the error it is clearly within their control and the regulations will apply.
    Incidentally I'm sure m'colleague JP is correct in observing that these regulations will continue after Brexit.
    Not that this will prevent airlines from making mischief I'll be bound!
