Seems a poor response from the Premier Inn manager.
They employ the scum so sure he could get involved.
Politely but firmly complain to their Managing Director.

I filled appeal back in for reminder letter yesterday. Stating already appealed on 23rd March. Had email this afternoon 4 cancelled in full emails no further action required. Thanks for the help. A weight lifted.0

You said the Premier Inn Manager wasn't interested and you didn't complain to the CEO of the chain, so why the cancellations I wonder?!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
