BT Broadband Unlimited now limited

What if you watch a load of Prime or Netflix? That can use over 6Gb an hour I used to use about 900Gb a month when I was with them on their unlimited serviceSomeone please tell me what money is0

It’s clearly a system error. It is truly unlimited and BT don’t throttle.0

Update...I have received an email this morning 4th March to say I am already 16Gb over my monthly 50Gb limit. I use 2x iPad and 2 smart Tv. 4 hours a day on average. Maybe I’m paying for the street. Will be escalating my complaint before they take a mortgage payment at the end of the month,0

This was discussed at https://community.bt.com/t5/Bills-Packages/quot-Exceeded-allowance-quot-on-Superfast-Fibre-2-Unlimited/td-p/1926297 where it was accepted it was a mistake and that particular person got it sorted.
I am also on BT unlimited but use nothing like that usage anyway.0 -

I thought that if you were on unlimited, you were not able to access any usage information. I know I can't, which is rather annoying.Stompa0 -
That’s right up until last month there was no usage data, this month it’s all bells and whistles, bright red, warning warning,0

Still no response from BT although I have noticed that my usage is now unlimited and my speed has dropped from the average 67download to 32 since the upgrade to superfast fibre 2. 0

Finally an apology from BT on the usage. Interesting fact that when I searched for broadband availability in my area Superfast Fibre 2 isn’t available which would explain why I’m not getting the speed. Surely it should not have been offered (albeit free upgrade when my old contract expired) when I can’t actually get it.0
