:mad::mad: I've just received a PCN for not paying at a railway station car park pure oversight guilty.
But I've gone to pay online and it says £1.50 charge will be added at the end of the transaction I'm paying by Debit Card I thought this was illegal now from 2018 please help.

You have come to a parking forum which successfully offers guidance how to fight such charges to complain about a £1.50 credit card charge !!!

apologies speedboy on behalf of the useful MSE members - some bored keyboard warriors appear to lurk on this forum.
I can see you're not disputing liability for the PCN and I'd repeat KeithP ' advice to read the MSE article - it suggests many sites have old info and the charges aren't actually applied0
