  • Can you elaborate please
  • You have come to a parking forum which successfully offers guidance how to fight such charges to complain about a £1.50 credit card charge !!!

If you look at the newbie thread and read carefully and with subsequent help from here you might just end up with a 100% discount

This is nothing to do with parking.

    Read this MSE News article.

    As the article says:
If you're still having problems, you can report the company to Trading Standards.

Having done that, yes, you are at a disadvantage.

  • Ok but it's the £1.50 extra which I believe can't charge me.But to ring them will be more and to pay by cheque another £2.50
  • wrong forum , you need "I love being scammed" forum
  • Being a newbie and trying my best in a difficult situation and new to this site that's not very helpful

apologies speedboy on behalf of the useful MSE members - some bored keyboard warriors appear to lurk on this forum.
I can see you're not disputing liability for the PCN and I'd repeat KeithP ' advice to read the MSE article - it suggests many sites have old info and the charges aren't actually applied
