    If it is based on one of the long appeals in NEBWIE post # 3 should be OK. Just a query, in your original post the PPC was UKPC but now it is APCOA. Is that right?

    yes its APCOA, my original post had a ukpc one attached which i have already sent blue text template towards in a now alternative thread (no response from the parking people yet)
