This is the sort of thing that that twitter works brilliantly for. A public message - friendly of course, but assertive - drawing peoples attention to 1. poor quality stuff and 2. store closures should get them into reassurance mode.0

She can return it the nearest branch, or spend hours on messages, forums, phone, etc . .
. . or spend a few minutes sewing the hem and repairing the belt. OPs choice.0
