I thought it best to be ahead so have drafted it to add more information whenever I can. I just wanted to know if its okay so far. They have to make a payment in July but only £25 I thought they'd already paid that.

No they haven't paid, this is the £25 for the hearing.

The first £25 was to file the claim.

I think slow down and diarise to come back here a week before the deadline (are you sure the order from the court says 28 days before the hearing at the latest, it's usually not less than 14?).

Yes I'm available July, I didn't receive a DQ from the claimant so can they get away with not sending their witness statement to me?

Thanks for your help I've tried to work in that excel hold the contract and not vcs the claimant as much as possible. Vcs didn't provide contract details as requested via a sar.
