    It was back in the very dim and distant past (possibly the 14th edition but would have to dig out a copy to check).

    Clearly it was never a good idea but the problem is that if the regs don't specifically say you can do it then some people will.

    It was only the 17th edition that stopped people using two twin and earth cables for a three phase circuit! :eek:
    I have a lot of problems with my neighbours, they hammer and bang on the walls sometimes until 2 or 3 in the morning - some nights I can hardly hear myself drilling ;)
