haggling with virgin??how?

hi i was wondering if any of you experts out there can help me out?!im currently with virgin media and getting broadband for bout 18 quid a month, however im wanting their xl package and phone line including broadband but the thing is i wanna get it for bout 20 quid month for lot. i was offered all that recently by virgin but tv package was medium, this is where i need the advice...how do i go about getting this done in past iv read posts where ppl have haggled and got amazing deals with virgin but cant find posts anymore.not to good at haggling but was wondering if any of you lot have managed to get some similar deal?.any help appreciated

If you've been a customer for a while phone CS (150 or 0845 454 1111) and choose the option for "You're thinking of leaving" . You will get put through to Retentions who MAY give you a good deal .
