If it is oneworld.com a search just directs you to the airline (British Airways) website at which point the Economy Basic fare shows what and what is not (Checked baggage) included.0 -

As above. It would be useful to know which site you booked on if you are seeking advice from the MSE community.0

the issue on this point will be that you did not pay the price for the fare that includes luggage, you were charged the fare for a basic (no bag) ticket.
If you want to have a complaint you are complaining about the cost difference between
a) the basic ticket (which you have) plus the baggage allowance from the standard ticket (which you did not realise you would have to pay for)
b) the cost of the ticket that includes baggage - which you would have purchased had you been made aware of baggage allowance
I checked LAS for interest and the baggage inclusive fares are £40 more expensive than the Basic fares...cost to check a bag £40 so there is actually no cost difference - basic gets allocated a seat rather than choosing a free seat at online checkin
If there is no cost difference you then have to argue you would not have booked the flights at that cost had you known....to which they will state that you made incorrect assumptions. Knowing the link is the only way to know where the error was0
