Well, didn't do that for me. I've had 3 very promptly sent emails from them saying "not entitled" but no reason given as to why. I'm waiting to see if I get a reason, otherwise it'll be a letter to the chief exec and beyond if necessary, I ain't going to allow this unless I know what term they're using to not pay me, and even then there's Unfair Contract Terms to consider. Looks to me like a plain old case of them being confused, but if not and they say I'm not entitled then I'll be the biggest thorn in their bottom until I find out why, on that they can bet the Barclays family silver.
