That actually sounds like a DRP notice. They often do back office work for CP Plus. They can, occasionally, reject the template appeal and insist you go to POPLA.
They back down at POPLA though.0 -
How come people find this hard? It's really not an issue.it gives you only two options (tick boxes) before you continue:-
(Baring in mind all advice says don’t declare who the driver was, if I was the driver and I tick option 2, will this not cause me problems later).
o Tick here to confirm you were the driver and that the PCN you have received contains the correct information
o Tick here to confirm that you were not the driver or that the PCN you have received contains incorrect information
Why don't newbies notice the word 'OR' there? No idea why so many post about this.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
