    Yay, brilliant!

Did they get ordered to pay your £255 set aside fee and costs for attending the hearing to get the CCJ set aside, and then they didn't continue with the claim itself after that?

Or, did you then attend a second hearing about the PCN and won that too?

    Nicely done!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yer they ordered them to pay £255 and to set aside the CCJ - they didn't continue to a second hearing. it took no more than 5min in front of the judge from what the judge said the actual details on  CCJ was shocking didnt make sense he said. also I pointed out the dates were wrong they put date of CCJ as the offence sate which was about a year out admin errors their side probably. Judge was shocked at the how the CCJ been put together probably why it took no more than 5min.

They also didn't turn up which was expected. Honestly this forum and advice is amazing it's simple and easy to do when you know but when you don't know it a complete mind field....... keep up the brilliant work to what seem a broken system on putting ccj against people when it comes to parking.

CEL are simply wild animals who should be culled

The only way CEL win is when you don't know what is happening

CEL are members of the BPA who claim they are putting up standards ..... As one MP has said, the BPA are as useless as a car park in the Gobi desert

So, sorry the government dictates you pay £225 to get this set aside.
Whatever way you go, you get scammed
That MP's being generous - a petrol & accelerant soaked paper bag is more useful against a flamethrower than the BPA is as a "regulatory body".
