if the likes of civil enforcement or excel/vcs were banned tomorrow , they have enough outstanding cases to clog the courts for years
Thinking about this, yes I am sure the vermin will continue on their "up to 6 year claims" but any such claim would be based on POFA
I think on any such claims prior to the new bill, the judge should be made aware why government introduced the bill and the reasons.0 -
ok , and a lot will comply with POFa , and a lot of people will have "fibbed off" and named themselves
so any judges should only be told in a blatant non pofa/gobbed off case
then the judge will need to be taken outside and shot , in case he remembers those facts the next day0 -

We hope there will be a lot of changes compared to POFA.
Let's face it, with a government CoP instead of the rubbish the BPA gave government for POFA, as long as a judge actually sees the difference he won't need to face a firing squad0 -
It's not setting new law except by way of parking appeals, though.
Nothing will change for people who don't appeal, or miss the chance.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I suspect the new code of practice has nothing to do with POFa , it is only involved with appeals and general attitudes by parking Cos with regard to DVLA access
unless I am missing something POFa will still stand , any fool that gobs off will loose the protection of it0 -
Of course POFA stands, this Act will simply be to create a parking appeal system.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Afraid hopeless cases will always be around. There are still countless thousands who have not claimed back their PPI0 -
