Quick update folks complained to the managing agent and they have been in touch with CEL to cancel charge, checked on CEL site and £0 balance showing, thanks for all the help.0

Well done on sorting your ticket, it's good to hear the success stories!
I'm helping an elderly neighbour with a parking charge which I will be sending a letter to the car park owner to complain, I understand this is the first step. The neighbour has already had a few letters from another company (can't remember the name of them, but they mentioned googling the Dundee parking charge to show that they mean business!!). Should we still be ignoring these letters, which threaten court action? We are in Scotland.0 -
