NOW Broadband - new customer?

Options
Hi

We are with Sky and have been for a few years now. Each year when my contract is up I phone them and negotiate a deal for the next 12 months. In order to arm myself with information (and have a fallback position). I have noticed that NOW broadband (which, I believe, is owned by Sky) are offering broadband, line and calls for £18 a month.

In the MSE guide to NOW broadband it says "New customers only" and, if you click on the ? it says "New customers only: If you've previously had an account, you're not eligible". Presumably that means if you have had an account previously with NOW broadband and not NOW TV?

Thanks

Yes, they're referring to the broadband from NowTV only. I moved from Sky myself last year to NowTV BB and had a NowTV account already setup for the occasional big football game.
