Cheap mobile unlocked or 02?

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a cheapish mobile available on 02 or unlocked that can be used with a (easy to install!) handsfree kit for the car please?
It's for my sister as a Christmas pressie, it needs to be a standard phone (not flip or slide), have a colour screen, largish keypad and preferably a Nokia. I was thinking the 2310, but I can't find one on 02 and she would like to use her existing SIM so she can keep her number! Am I right in thinking that the 2310 can't be unlocked?
Ideally I want to spend less than £50 inc a handsfree kit.
Help!
Thanks in advance!
