The PPC is UKCPM (same as mine as he parked in my space) and their WS has arrived.
I will follow your methodology but am unsure what you mean by 'Also tell him to do a SUPPLEMENTARY WS (copy one) about the added £60.' ?

The £60 will become apparent as it's an extra exhibit or a supplementary witness statement after her recent success in court in Southampton1 -
