Did she consent to the photos being shared?
Depending on which state this person lives in you could report them for ‘revenge p0rn’ which is illegal in many states.

Won’t get your jewellery, but might stop them doing it again.

  • This reminds of the time some friends of my son asked him to post some private pics of themselves on the 'internet'. A week or two later they asked him to delete them 'from the internet'. he just couldn't get through to them, what goes on the internet stays on the internet . .

Someone once asked him to download the internet for them, onto a three and a half inch floppy . . . :rotfl:

Are they prepared to fly to the US to testify in court?

I doubt this fellow is acting on behalf of a data regulated business.

GDPR isn't going to be a concern for him, despite the fact he is collecting data about the genitalia of a European citizen.

There is an exemption for natural persons who are only processing the data for personal or household reasons with no connection to a professional or commercial activity.

He offered goods in exchange for those photos. Thats a commercial activity.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

Would this be considered a business to business transaction? He is distributing the "artwork" and she is providing it for commercial gain.

Of course we don't know if he gains any benefit from the distribution but I would imagine he does get something in return. I'm just unsure if that would make him a business too?
  • Loss of her time? Stripping off and taking a crotch shot?

Probably a bit of other prep required, grooming and such. Very disappointing when you hawk your pearly and the jewels don't materialise … I would imagine:(
