Take the PCNs and any proof of being a customer of theirs (ever!) and ask if they can cancel these, and if not, who can? LANDOWNER or AGENT of the place.

Hi folks.

Update & follow up question.
I spoke to the store managers, but they all said it wasn't a thing they could help me, and gave me the number of the HQ of the people who own the land.
I cant get through to anyone of any use there, so I'm going to send the initial appeal.

But looking at that template in the newbie thread - some of it is clearly irrelevant, so should I ignore those bits?

i.e.
- " If the allegation concerns a PDT machine... " - it doesn't.
- "If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period... " - I'm way over any grace period.
